Admin Pak

I am working on an XP Pro laptop and need to put either
adminpak or an Active Directory console onto it to manage
a Win 2K AD environment. I've tried importing an adminpak
from a 2K server and I've also built and saved a custom
AD console but neither will launch on my XP machine. Any
thoughts?

Use the adminpak from win server 2003:

Best to have SP1 on your XP box:
