Admin Group dropping users

I've had this happen twice, it seems to coincide with applying updates from the windows update site. I add active directory users into the local admin group, and everything is fine until they reboot, at which point all of the accounts except for the administrator user account are gone. I'm able to add them again if I'm signed in as the administrator, and everything is fine until it's rebooted. Any ideas???
 
Check that you are not using Restricted Groups for those computers in Group Policy
computer configuration in Active Directory. It may also help to run netdiag on one of
those computers looking for any failed tests that may help pinpoint the problem. ---
