Don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I suppose it's a
bug. I was prompted to change my password on my user account on this
standalone computer. I attempted to change it several times but kept
getting an error message so I cancelled the change as I still had seven
more days left on the current password. I went about my computer usage
and then when I was distracted by someone the screen went into
screensaver mode. I attempted to login to the screensaver but was
locked out as it didn't like my old password or anything else I had
tried. I let the thing reset in five minutes in order to try again but
the same thing happened over again. I then logged into the
administrator account and went into the control panel/users and did not
see my user account. Can anyone tell me what is up with that? When I
try to create the user account it says it is already in use. There is
no option to change the password as there is no icon showing this user
account. What am I supposed to do now? Any help is greatly appreciated.
