admin accounts

Hello...
i needed a little help a few weeks ago when limited users
couldn't use internet explorer to gain access to the
internet. I can use it, as an admin user, but noone else
can.

Ramesh (MVP) suggested i try this > "Disable third-party
browser extensions in Internet Explorer" or > "scan for
spyware"
i tried that but wasn't that successful.

Venkatesh (MCSD) suggested that i try this >"add the
KeepRASConnections value
to the Registry"

i tried this and it worked for a while, but now it has
gone back to only allowing Admin users to use I.Ex. also,
is there anyway i can allow some users to have more admin
properties, but not all, any ideas?

Network Connections> double click internet connection item. Move dot from
"only for me" to "Allow all users..."
