Admin account gone!

I have 5 user accounts but none of them have any Admin
rights any more? I get lack of permission error if I try
to access User Accounts even so what to do?

assume that you are using Fast User Switching
->after boot-up, at Welcome screen ->press cntrl + alt + del, 2 times
->this will provide +classic logon interface" (gina) input administrator
your psswrd
->this is the default Admin for computer, hope you rember the password.
