It is probably a language issue (non-Native English speaker/writer) and you
certainly use better English than most us can do in your language but if you
need help you might want to get some help cleaning up the request so that
we fully understand.

I BELIEVE: You are setting an ADM with a File Extension settings (yes,
but that can be in the Computer section of the Registry as well, so both
probably
work -- computer would set DEFAULT, user will set on PER USER basis.)

It is not clear what happens when you click "Ok."

Ok,... i add the .adm to the users administrative templates, activate the
setting, then set the extension to be opened with the programm i want... if
i click Ok all of the settings i made to the adm is gone, the adm remains
inactive...

Thanks

You do understand that you must:
1) Import the adm
2) Make settings using those additions
3) Link the GPO to a container (Site, Domain, or OU)

Yes, this is not the first adm I wrote by myself... I just dont know why I
cannot control for example the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExt
s\.bmp

usually there is an string with name "application" and the value is the app
name like coreldrw.exe or whatever... I import the adm then I see the
category and policy and I even can make changes to the policy, but they dont
get saved. Next time I click to the policy the settings are not set
anymore....

If you are experenced at ADM files then there is little chance that anyone
here can "solve" the problem for you without seeing the sample and actually
trying. Much like writing a computer program and having other programs
find a syntax or other error for you.
