I have Outlook 2002

Is there a practicle way to alter the autocompletion function for the To, Cc when creating a new message, so that it looks forr suggestions within the entire conatcts list, and not just from persons recently sent mesaages by me?

How does the autocompletion "search" for suggestions? Does is only look at what is desgnated as the "display name" for the conatct, or does it look at the first three letters of any first or last name from the conact info?

Please reply off-group as well if possible.

Thanks

We developed utility that enables users to open, add, edit, delete this
autocomplete information. Our "Add" features was a "one-at-a-time-process".
We've received so many requests that we are adding an "import" feature that
will be tailored for reading Outlook Contact Export files (TEXT and CSV
formats) and import them into your autocomplete file. That way, you can
basically put your Contacts into your Autocomplete file.

This feature is NOT yet completed, but will be added any day.

If you want to write me directly, I can e-mail you when that feature is in
our Owtlook Autocomplete file editor. You can find us at
