Adjust hieght of field names in table

I want to make the field names in the table I am working on wrap through two
lines. Is this possible in datasheet view?
 
You really can't do much with the table. The table is where you build the
backbone of your database. Once you are ready to start working with the
data, you should be using forms where you have more control over formatting,
data validation, and appearance.

Table datasheets are best used for debugging ONLY. They're really not
designed for reporting.

If you want to control how the headers look... create a Report.
