You're looking at a "Newsgroup" called microsoft.public.access. It's not
email; it's a public bulletin board for questions about the database software
Microsoft Access.
If you don't want to see it... unsubscribe from the newsgroup and use Windows
Mail in "Mail" mode rather than "News". Press F1 and search the Help for
"Newsgroups" to find out about this.
