I copied over my Outlook.pst file from an old version of
Outlook to Outlook 2003 (by just renaming the files). It
worked fine - all of my emails seem to be there, all of
my addresses seem to be there. However, there's one
problem: although all of the addresses are there, Outlook
seems oblivious to them when I type in a name in the To
line of a new email message. Reading up on the MS
website, it appears that the format of .pst files is
different in Outlook 2003 than in earlier versions. So I
followed their instructions, and the only difference is
that now I have 4 personal folders instead of 1 or 2!
Any ideas of how I can get the Email portion of Outlook
to see/acknowledge the Address portion?
Thanks - Sandee
