AddressBook Can't Find Contact List

I moved my .pst file to a new computer. I can see the old data and write new
data to it. I can see my contacts list, but when I compose a new e-mail and
hit TO:, outlook can't find my contacts list. How do I fix this?
 
I didn't intend to. I'm really not up to speed on the outlook news program
yet. So will you please help me?

Right-click on your Contacts folder, and get the Properties box. Choose the
"Outlook Address Book" tab.

Select "Show this folder as an email address book".

Then go into Tools / Email Accounts and select "View or change existing
directories or address books".

Add ... Additional Address Books ... Outlook Address Book. This will point
it to your Contacts folder.
