How can I change the sort order of the available address books? I know I can
change the default book but my company has several and I would like to sort
them differently. Or is this an Exchange issue for the administrator? --

Are these shared Contacts folders, the GAL, or what?

Yes they are, with the exception of my personal contacts. It use to show
up just above the
GAL (Default) and now it's a page down. I can make it the default but
then the GAL is a
page up.

Are you referring to the order that contacts folders display in the Address
Book interface? I believe that's controlled by what order you add them to
the mail profile, but you can use Tools>Options in the Address Book
interface to contreol what order Outlook will search them.

Yes. I want to be able to change the order of appearence in the dropdown
list headed "Show Names from the:". I can change which one it defaulst to
through the address book interface but not the sort order. If this is stored
somewhere on my workstation & I believe that it is, I can't find it.

Like I said, I believe this is controlled by the order in which you added
the services to your mail profile.
