Heidi

I want to be able to write a letter and pick an addressee
out of an address book and put it in a letter. Can
someone help me out there. I used to pull up old letters
and compose over top of them, but I am finding that I am
not keeping up with all of the moves my clients are
making and am having returned mail. What is the best way
to utilize a client database in Word 2002 and how do I
grab the client's name and address from an address book
(or database) and paste it into a letter. Thanking you
in advance for any assistance provided.

Hi Heidi,

Built-in, this only works for Word with an Outlook Contacts
list, or some other MAPI-registered email application.

Other than that, it would involve programming.
