I have a group in the address book (Outlook 2000) and I wish to send/print envelopes from this group
For some reason the name will appear in the envelopes/labels windows but no address. However,
can manually enter each address, but it seems the program should do this. Help and seeking advice.

The address book and contacts list in Word are at constant loggerheads. If
you make a direct edit in one, it affects the other. In particular if you
make an edit in the address book, the contacts list gets confused. The way
to establish this is to open the contacts list in Outlook and set the view
to detailed address cards. This should display the address. For any record
that doesn't open the record save and close again. This will update it and
display the address. Any address that is not displayed in this view will not
be carried over to Word ... and don't make any changes to the properties in
Address book or you'll have to start over.

Roy, you need to place your addresses first in outlook or outlook espress. Then they will print the entire address when you use the address book in Word.

Word cannot use the Outlook Express address book.
