Address Book

After creating a separate address book in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 for
Microsoft Word 2003 I had to use Microsoft Office Outlook as default to be
able to see the address book in Word - if I don't use Ms Office Outlook
2003, then the address book in Word is not available - please how can I
by-pass this problem? I have been using Outlook Express and I like it
better than MS Office Outlook.

Jim, I don't think the OE address book interacts with Word's mail merge.
Someone may know a workaround in the OE or Word newsgroups.

Right click the news server in the left column of OE and select Newsgroups.
Use the filters on the screen that appears to locate the Word and OE
newsgroups.

If you don't get an answer in this newsgroup, Try the dedicated Outlook
