Address Book

I installed Windows 7 but before I did I backed up all my files. I need to
know how I find my old address book with all my contacts and email addresses
in it. I used Carbonite to back up my files. Thanks in advance for the
advice.

All Outlook data is contained within the *.pst file, by default named
outlook.pst

Did you backup your pst-file?
Restore it to a location convenient to you (do not overwrite or delete any
existing file in the process) and reconnect to it in Outlook via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

Outlook doesn't have an address book. All Outlook data is kept in the same
file, the Personal Folders file or PST. Your contacts are in the COntacts
folder in that file. See this:
