I have Outlook 2003, when I go to type a new message and select a contact it
has some of the contacts with their last name then their first name, and when
I click on the same name and click To: -->, it says the name the correct way,
first name then last name how can I correct where its coming up last name and
then first name in the Address Book? But when I go to select the name and
select To: --> it puts the name correctly.

Post is too unclear. Clarify how you are selecting the recipient. Tell us
whether you are using autocompletion, autoresolution, the address book view,
or something else.
Clarify what you are trying to achieve. Do you think how the recipient
appears in the To: field matters? What do you need to "correct?"

I have uploaded 2 screenshots to my Website:

www.bullyingcanada.ca/2.jpg

Screen Shot one shows that what comes up when i type the first name in and
it should say Jess Doucet not Doucet Jess yet the name Jess is in the correct
feild when you go in to the properties.

Screen Shot two is what comes up when when i sleect his name; it comes up
fine when its in the To... feild of the Message how can I get it that it
would be in the Address Book as Jess Doucet and not Doucet Jess; a few other
contacts have done this too.

You'll want to remove those images immediately. You are exposing valid email
addresses to the public.
Everything is working exactly as you configured it to and nothing is wrong.
The Outlook Address Book is following the sort order you specified for it.
The Email Display As field is following the format that your version of
Outlook uses. I still don't understand why you think something needs to be
fixed or what you want to do.
