How do I transfer the address book and old emails form outlook 2000
professional to outlook 2003 professional.

There is no address book in Outlook to transfer. Methods for migrating
Outlook data are posted here every day:
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
