I have a large Outlook file and I have double checked that all 10 Contacts
Folders have been checked to Show this folder as an email Address Book.
However, some contacts will not pull up when queried. For Example; I just
did a query for the name "Rogers" and I got up several contacts with that
name including a dealership that he owns, Rogers & Rogers Nissan. However,
the Rogers & Rogers Toyota did not show up. It does show up when I query
Lookout. And most interestingly, when I query "Rogers & Rogers" it does show
up in the Address Book. What is going on?

Not without far more complete information. There is nothing to go on here.
Outlook version, type of search and how you constructed it would be a
minimum. Best results will be achieved when you use Advanced Find.

This is Outlook 2003. It is just a standard search in the address book from
the entry area in the toolbar. I use it for quick reference to contacts.

Then I would follow my suggestion. You never search in the address book
view. Use Advanced Find in a Contacts Folder.
