I am operating Outlook 2000 at home. I have several contacts with multiple
e-mail addresses. When I pull up the address book, it only shows the default
e-mail address. How do I configure the address book to show the multiple
e-mail addresses for my contacts. Can it be done with OL2000. I use OL2003
at work and that address book show the multiple e-mail address for each
contact.

Are these addresses in a PAB or in the Contacts folder on the home machine?
Is OL 2000 installed in Internet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup mode?
Help>About will tell you.

Brain,
What is PAB....?
They are in contacts folders with two or three different e-mails (i.e. work,
home #1...etc). When I click the two button, and the address book appears,
and I am sending to several different people, the address book only shows the
default mail address.

It is installed in the internet mail only.

Thanks

Personal Address Book.

I don't have a copy of Outlook 2000 IMO, to experiment with. Are you
sharing the Contacts folder with Windows Address Book or are you using the
Outlook Address Book to present your Contacts? If the former, that may
explain what you see.

I am using the outlook address book to present my contacts. How do I share
the Contacts folder with Windows Address Book?

Then the address book should present all electronic addresses you have
defined properly, with some contacts appearing multiple times if they have
more than one address.
How do I share the Contacts folder with Windows Address Book?

Start the Windows Address Book and click Tools>Options. There should be a
setting there.
