is there a way to print out the contacts with their e-
mails? i know there is a way to print them one by one, but
how about printing all on a single page or two? or can i
see the email addresses if I send e-mail to all, and look
up the message details?
Any help is apprecaited.

The two methods used more often are to add the email field to a Table view
of your Contacts and print that or use a mail merge to a directory that
includes the email field as one of the merge fields.
 
the person that whom address list I am trying to print is
using Outlook Express, and every time I go to create mail
merge, if keeps saying that no account has been found.
when i double click on microsoft outlook, it is trying to
import an account. Should i just go ahead and do that and
will i lose any kind of data such as emails or contacts?

Oh for heavens sake. Why did you even post this question here then? Outlook
has nothing to do with Outlook Express. Post in an OE group.
