I transfered my contacts from outlook express to the new outlook 2003, and
when I try to open the address book I get the following: The address list
could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address list
could not be opened: it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have
permission. I get the same message when I try new mail and click on the to
arrow??

There is no address book in Outlook. The address book view is simply a view
of your Contacts Folder. The Contacts Folder is where your Contacts reside.
You must first configure the Outlook Address Book view to show your Contacts
Folder. You have not yet done so. Instead, your address book is trying to
display a folder that no longer exists. Only you could know how you managed
that. You must first remove that invalid reference then create the correct
one.
