Address book sync

We have Blackberry Pro server that does Outlook address books wireless sync.
We are running Exchange 2003 and office 2007 sp1 on clients.

How can I sync, or copy BCM contacts to the Outlook address book, so that
BCM contacts are available also?

Manually drag all BCM contact to outlook contacts folder?
