I'm using outlook 2000 SP3 on Exchange 2000. I have some groups in my
address book that have special character (O-IT-Network Admin). When I go to
the address book, and when I type the first 2 characters (O-), I will go to
the first name starting by "O" instead of going to the first name starting
by "O-". I need your help.

I tried Outlook 2002 and 2003, the problem was not solved.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

I think that you didn't et correctly what I'm asking for. I have this list
of names and group in my address book:
--------------------------
Albert first
Allen Cole
A-Admin
A-Facilities
Elia Fard
Octavio Slam
O-IT-Network Admin
O-IT-Support
---------------------------

When I write in the filed "Type Name or Select from List:" the 2 characters
"A-" it should point to the first name in my list starting with these 2
characters, which means "A-Admin" in my example, but instead it ignores the
"-" character and it will point to "Albert". Same thing if I write "O-" it
will point to "Octavio" instead of "O-IT-Network Admin".
