Address book required

My address book - Borderline Address Book - does not seem to work with XP
so I need a replacement.
Requirements:
application to store addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers and to
be able to dial out when required. UK format.
Outlook contacts is wonderful, but is a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
I do NOT want all the other stuff that pims have, like birthday reminders,
appointments diary etc etc. I have another bit of freeware for that.

=== not sure about dialing out , but "addressBook" from http://blaizfree.net/
is pretty good and lets you put a picture in it , and can be password protected===
