I know it is hard to believe but we are still working with
Outlook 98.

I have a few entries in my Personal Address Book and would
like to print a list with all the details of those entries
(name, email address, phone numbers etc.). Unfortunately
I didn't put them into the contacts folder. Is there an
easy way to get a print out or to switch them over to the
contact folder as I know you can print a list from there.

Kind regards

Nicole

I stopped using PAB for a long time, but does it have to be a tabulated
list or you can do with something along the lines of address labels?
You can use the Mail Merge in Word to create "address labels" and print
them out on plain papers.

You could also try importing your PAB to Contacts. I don't use OL98
anymore, but on OL2002 it goes something like this, and OL98 should be
similar if not the same:
File > Import and Export > Import Internet Mail and Addresses.
Select Microsoft Mail 3.x, tick "Import Address Book" only.
On the next screen, select Personal Address Book.
