Address book location in Windows 2000

I am trying to replace the Outlook Express address book in
Windows 2000 with the one I was using in my other computer
(which has a Windows ME operating system. I would greatly
appreciate any help in helping me place the .WAB file in
the correct location.
 
Dave, We tried that but it didn't work. It said "An error
occuried during the import process......".
