I know that each email address for each contact shows in the address
book as a different entry but i would like to know if there is a way
of each address showing a different name in the name field eg: anon1
anon2 etc, so you dont have to scroll across to see which emaoil
address is highlighted.
The only way i can see is to create a contact for each email address.
We have a new user who says at his last job the contacts were set with
multiple email addresses eg: email 1 email2 etc and they showed up
with different names in the address book.
Sorry if I am missing something obvious
I tried to post this to the contacts group but it kept failing

This can be done by opening the contact and under the different e-mail
addresses you can specify how the contact name is displayed in the Address
Book. The only thing is that you'll have to scroll across to see the display
name in the Address Book.
