You probably need to add the Outlook Address Book service to your profile.
In Control Panel->Mail Icon->Email Accounts->View or Change->Directory->View
or Change. Is the Outlook Address Book service listed? If yes, try
deleting it, close and reopen Outlook and then go back a step and add it.
If it is not listed, go back one step and select Add.
Whenver making changes, always close and reopen Outlook for the change to
take effect.
