address book from OE to Outlook 2003

How do I transfer my Outlook Express address book into
Outlook 2003? On two different computers? I have saved
the .wab file (from the old computer with OE)onto a disk,
but when I open Outlook 2003 and try to import, it says,
0 of 0 addresses imported.
0 of 0 distribution lists imported.

Help, please!
 
You must first import it into OE. From there you can import into Outlook.
