Address book entries should be sorted by the File As in contacts

The address book entries should mimic the Contact List "file as" for quick
entry of e-mail address in an outgoing e-mail

What do you see that you don't like? Have you tried changing the display
order this way: click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing
directories or address books>Next, select the Outlook Address Book, click
Change. Adjust the "Show names by", click OK, then Finish.
