If I click on my contacts folder in outlook it shows about 130 names. When I
click the little address book icon and select the contacts, only one name
shows. I've narrowed this down to a fax number or e-mail address. If you have
either one, the addresses appear as expected. In word, I can't enter an
address because ¾ of my addresses have no e-mail or fax, just plain old
addresses. I've been using Corel and they still appear in the address book,
but sooner or later I want to convert to Word. Mail/Merge works fine...I'm
confused.
