address book and favorites

i am fixing a clients computer and they put the hard
drive from thier old computer in the new one to move
files over. they were using outlook on the old and the
new. they did not export the address book or the
favorites before installing in the new computer. is thier
any way to get the old address book to go into the new
computers outlook program. or do i need to put the hard
drive back in the old computer and do an export and then
move that .wab file over to the new computer then import
to accomplish this task

All the data is in a file with a .PST extension. Look here for all the
information you need on backup and restoration of Outlook data:
