Address blocks in reports

Our database has user addresses stored in 6 separate fields, addressline1,
addressline 2 etc.

I want to insert a postal address block into a report, but I want to avoid
blank lines where some of the address line fields are empty.

Can aynone tell me how to do this?
 
I think you have the wrong group. What application are you using?? This
newsgroup is for Frontpage, a Web Development tool.

You might want to try the MS Access group, or the MS Word group.

What you want to do I believe, is a mail merge. The mail merge in MS Word
gives you the option to not print the blank/empty fields.
