address bar

When you go to type in an address in the address bar, you can scroll down and
see previous websites that have been visited. How do you get rid of this
feature???

Hi,
That (the TypedURLs list) can't be turned off. You can configure CCleaner
(freeware) www.ccleaner.com to run at startup and clear this and other
histories.

IE Privacy Keeper (freeware)
http://browsertools.net/IE-Privacy-Keeper/index.html can be configured to
clear a number of histories when the browser is closed.
