Hi Ryan,
Your DNS is not resolving the Names to IPs,that is my guess,enable or try to
check your DNS Server.

It says Application Not Found, not Site Not Found. It must be something to

Hi Ryan,
You may have Spyware/Malware on your computer try to do scan and uninstall
any toolbar rather than IE toollbar of your Browser.
another one:
Back up you registry in a location you can pin easly and give it a name you
can remember then go to the Key named:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\RPCKDM
**{Be aware changing or deleting the wronge Registry can render your System
Useless for this adviced to back up to restore if the Problem escalated }**
and delete it then reboot and try to reproduce the isssue and see if it
solved by deleting the Reg Key or not.

No, its not spyware, its a wrong setting in the registry, I just need to find
it. I have already scanned for everything. This started happenening after
uninstalling IE7.
