Address Bar will not appear

I have Internet Explorer 6.0. Even though within the
view options I have "address bar" checked, I don't get an
address bar at the top of the home page.

Any suggestions?

Try looking on the far right for a line of dots
with "address" next to it (this will only show if you
have the "show text" option checked) All you need do is
unlock the toolbars, and drag it out. Presto, one
addressbar.
