Address Bar size

Have tried to move my Explorer Address Bar by dragging it, making sure toolar
is unlocked. Even held mouse over address bar top move, to no avail. What am
I doing wrong. Barb

Justin click and hold down where it physically says

address bar then move it to a differnet spot up ther on
top, then u can chage size as desired. just wont let you
resize from the original spot

After unlocking the Toolbar, you'll see a handle which you need to drag, in
order to move the Address Band.

Reset the toolbar setting from Registry using this fix:

If your on Win XP, you have to click on a gray spot of the toolbar and
uncheck "Lock the toolbars" option. This will then allow you to move the
addressbar.
