When I type a url address in the address bar and click go, nothing happens,
effectively making browsing very difficult. What can I do to correct this
problem. Please help!!!!

Try typing the address then if it is a .com site only type the name it
msn then hit ctrl+nter at the same time

Your trick worked, but why did this happen in the first place? normally, all
I had to do was type in the address and press enter or click "go" and presto,
the web site came up. Did something in the program change or get corrupted?
thanks.

That I don't know, just I have learned that tricks work, since I learned the
ctrl+enter trick, thats all I use.Something might have happened but I will
keep my eyes open for the answer. Feel free to email me.

Not only that, by restricting answers to the newsgroups, you know that if
somebody gives you incorrect advice, another person will be able to jump in
and point out the error of the other person's ways ;o)
