address bar not showing up

I have lost my address bar at top of screen.I have
address bar checked on the toolbar but I still can't get
it back up on screen.What do I have to do to fix this
problem.I have tried everything I know to do. Can you
help me, please.I have got tired of trying to fix it.
 
It is hiding behind or at the end on another toolbar
look for >> at the end of toolbars
or close all toolbar except the one you want back
