address bar keeps disappearing

Hi,
after resinalling Windows and SP2 the address bar in my windows has been
disappearing. When I get them to come back, the next time I logon the
address bar is no longer there. What gives?

Hi,
You're selecting View> Toolbars> Lock the Toolbars after restoring the
Address Bar right?

Then go to http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFAQ.htm Tip #16. There are several
possible solutions listed.
