If it's on a line by itself, no. You can right click on the toolbar area,
click to unlock the toolbars, then move the address bar by moving your
cursor to the little vertical bar by "Address" until it turns into double
arrows, and then drag it up onto another toolbar "line", and then adjust
it's size there by moving it back and forth horizontally. To make room for
it up on the "forward/reverse/stop/refresh/etc." line, right click the
toolbar area and choose "Customize". There you can make those icons smaller
or get rid of their text labels.
