additional users

im new to Outlook and would like to know how to have an additional user added
to the outlook with remaining separate i.e. separate out going email accounts
etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The best way is to set up a separate Windows User account.
The second best way is to set up a second Outlook profile. Control
Panel-Mail-Show Profiles-Add.
