additional info to mpeg's flickering below

I thought you might need further information to my last message (mpeg's
flickering) This happens on all media players and seems worse on full screen
mode. I have 1Mbit of Ram, NVidea GEforce2 video card and an AMD XP2200
processor. Many thanks

Sorry, though I was in the wrong newsgroup, so forget that :(

Do you have the right codec for playing it back properly?
Are the movies saved to the pc first and then played back or played straight
from the net? It may be buffereing if played straight from net.
Have you tried updating the player software?
Also graphics card drivers?
