Hello al
We have 4 Windows 2000 DS's. Only one of them is a DNS server and it is AD Intergrated. I would like to make one of the OTHER DC's a DNS server as well. Do I just need to install DNS on the server. Or is there other steps that I need to take
Also, after adding the new DNS server will I need to add the DNS address of the new server to all of the workstations on the network along with the current DNS address they already have(I dont use DHCP)?

Simple, just install DNS the zone should automatically replicate, without
further action from you.

You might consider configuring DHCP if you have a lot of clients.
Use these scope options:
003 Router
006 DNS servers
015 DNS domain name [This option is needed to assign the connection Specific
DNS suffix and DNS registration of Clients that cannot register themselves
in DNS (Legacy clients)]
