Adding your contacts into your P.A.B

I just had my competer changed at work and now when I save a contact name
from an email it goes to my contacts list and not my P.A.B. How do I fix it?
I need to group the other army guys in my office so I can mass email just
them and I ca't get it done
 
The Personal Address Book has been obsolete for quite a few years now. Your
contacts belong in your Contacts folder. As to how to group them for
mailing purposes, use Categories.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
