Adding Wordpad to open with option on file right click?

How do I add a Wordpad in the 'open with' option of right-clicking on
htm/html files. I want to use Wordpad as my html editor but right now
it isn't on the list, but Notepad is.

Right clcik on a html file and select open with, then select wordpad to
open. You can select it as the default, but it will usually be added to a
list even if it is not check to be the default.
