I am currently running windows xp home edition upgrade(
from windows 98). I would like to do a new install of
windows 98 using the original copy (cd) of windows 98
with out the upgrade in order to have a dual boot system.
I will be installing the 98 operating system on a
seperate hard drive than the windows xp upgrade is
located on. I was wondering if will have problems doing
this becouse I've read that you need to install windows
98 first then xp next to keep from erasing boot files for
xp. I'm hoping that I will be able to just add 98 with
out having to reinstall xp. Does this sound possible. Or
do I need to Plan on reinstalling both systems in order
to have a dual boot system work correctly. I am using
fat32 on all drives. Also would there be any conflicts
installing two copys of windows on the same computer
twice. One with xp upgrade applyed to it and one
without. Thanks, Jeff
