Adding users to already created meetings

I have an issue here where my users would like to invite
additonal users to already created meetings without
sending the invite all users.

I thought you shold get a pop-up asking if you would like
to send only to the added or deleted user but we do not.

We are using OL XP and Ex2K.

Have them FORWARD the meeting to the extras. If they open
the reply when the extra accepts then the extra person will be
added to the meeting and any future updates will include the extra.
