adding tool to toolbar & menu

hi'all

could anyone pls tell how to add new tools/add-in from tools ->external tools in visual studio.net & make the tool appear in menu as well as toolbar.

Rahul,

Right click in the toolbar, the rest you see probably yourself that.

(probably you have to browse)
